- On-line setting up of Trust on My ESOPs platform – Client has access to view status of share transactions, accounting reports, bank account details and minutes of meetings
- Registration of Trust
- Procurement of PAN/TAN for the Trust
- Opening and managing bank, Demat and broking accounts according to instructions from the Trustee
- Purchase of shares from the secondary market or primary issue from company, based on grant of options to employees, share allottment to employees based on options exercised as per instructions received from the Trustees, sale of shares and fund remittance to employees based on cashless exercise transactions.
- Maintaining and finalization of accounts, conducting audits, maintaining statutory records.
- Handling insider trading compliances and tax filings
- Conducting meetings of the Trustees
- Regular reporting to the company and reconciliation of Demat as well as bank accounts
- Help desk for employees
PROCESS
The client’s representatives are given inependent management access based on their role and hierarchy. This allows them access to Trust information and reports. Dedicated resources are assigned to the client to ensure smooth information flow and resolution of open issues.
